Sandra West is a professional coach and consultant who partners with entrepreneurs and businesses leaders illuminating their goals and setting them on a path for achievement thereof while maintaining the ethical standards of the governing organizations. She partners with clients to develop strategies that are uniquely suited to them. Passionately committed to the development and motivation of individuals and businesses, she is impeccably responsive to the needs of her clients. Sandra brings to her clients energy, enthusiasm, and a peacefulness that comes with a balanced life along with years of hands-on-experience.
Sandra brings 20 years of experience to her business. Her experience with two of the largest diversified industrial international corporations includes mentoring engineers, executive strategy development, new product development, global marketing, sales management, and distribution channel management. Sandra's strengths in these roles include; analysis of complex business strategies, heightened intuitiveness, and excellent working relationships with executives in cross-functional roles. Sandra is an ACC certified coach through the International Coaching Federation. Her coaching has supported many business leaders and entrepreneurs in their journey to increased job satisfaction, movement to the next phase, and life balance.
Sandra enjoys devoting a portion of her time to helping others. She does this by consistently volunteering with the Lake Norman Christian Mission as a advocate for those who are working to get out of poverty and by guiding the leadership team through strategic change. Sandra is a member of her local church Mission team focused on supporting local and international Missions. She is a certified Guardian ad Litem, a court appointed guardian for abused and neglected children. Sandra is a member of the ICF, International Coaching Federation, which is the professional organization that sets the standards, rules of conduct, and ethics for professional coaches. She is also a member of the IMC, Institute of Management Consultants, an organization which promotes excellence and ethics in management consulting through certification, education, and professional resources.
